401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan

AMT has established a 401(k) savings plan to provide employees the potential for future financial security for retirement. AMT matches 50% on the first 4% and 25% of the next 4% to each employee’s 401(k) contribution.

Medical and Dental/Vision Insurance 

Regular full-time employees may participate in the health and dental/vision insurance plan subject to all terms and conditions of the agreement between AMT and the insurance carrier.

Life and AD&D Coverage

AMT provides life and AD&D coverage to all full-time employees at no cost. Additional term insurance and AD&D is available to the employee and their dependents.

Holidays

All full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay after 60 days. AMT recognizes six holidays.

Vacation Benefits

Vacation time off with pay is available to regular full-time employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation and personal pursuits. Vacation benefits increase with years of service.

Personal Time

Full-time hourly employees are eligible to receive Personal Time in addition to vacation.

Uniform Provision

AMT pays 100% of uniform costs (shirts) for all eligible full-time employees who have completed 60 days of service.

Safety glasses are provided to all employees. Job specific safety equipment is also provided.
